APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT

 

Thank you for trusting Supreme Motorsports to work on your vehicle. Your appointment and business is very important to us and we allocate our technicians’ time to ensure that your vehicle receives the best care. Our schedule is by appointment only and to ensure the allocation of appropriate time and staffing, we require a deposit. Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Service charges may apply.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, we require a 48-hr. advance notice. Please call us at Supreme Motorsports, if we are on the other line or its after business hours, please leave us a detailed message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow other clients access to that appointment time.

OUR POLICY:

– Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 48 hrs. in advance will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the deposit of the reserved services.

– If you are more than 1 hour late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

– We require a credit card deposit for your appointment.

– No shows and late cancellations will result in 100% loss of the deposit.

Our goal is to provide quality service in a timely manner. No shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our staff, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
