The vehicle owner acknowledges that the responsibility of knowing and abiding by this states maximum VLT on public streets or highways belongs solely to the vehicle owner. If the vehicle owner requests a VLT that is beyond the legal state maximum, the shop accepts no liability or responsibility for any legal repercussions.

ALTERNATE ILLEGAL VLT:

The maximum legal VLT for the windshield, front windows, and all windows is 35% for the state of Massachusetts. The vehicle owner acknowledges that this has been explained and that if a VLT higher than the maximum is requested, the film may be subject to legal repercussions or fines if the vehicle is driven on public streets or highways. Any illegal VLT window film installed will not include a warranty or no-cost replacement. Any legal repercussions or fines are solely the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR STATES TINT LAWS!

– Window Tint is applied to the interior of the glass of your vehicle. We take all necessary precautions to ensure interior panels are safely covered and protected from damage during Window Tint installation. Supreme Motorsports will not be held liable for marks caused by wear and tear/prior dirt/etc. on your interior that you did not notice before dropping the vehicle off.

– Supreme Motorsports will do its best to make sure the installation is as clean as possible. Supreme Motorsports will not be held liable for minor scratches on the glass, from following our standard policies and procedures in cleaning and prepping windows for tint installation. Some glass manufacturers have soft glass and scratch easily no matter how it gets prepped.

– Window tint is a wet installation, therefore upon pickup if there is moisture within your windows, please allow 3-4 days for the film to completely dry.

– Please do not roll down your windows for 3-4 days after delivery unless noted by the manager.

– If the windows are prematurely rolled down causing damage to the film, Supreme Motorsports will NOT be able to replace the film free of charge. Supreme Motorsports will also not be held liable for misconceptions on tint shades, we install what you agree to. If it is too light or too dark you assume the responsibility of covering the cost of removal and replacement.

– If Supreme Motorsports is replacing old window tint installed by us or another installer it is possible that rear window defroster lines are removed during the removal process. If this were to happen Supreme Motorsports will not be held liable for the replacement cost of the window.
