Here Are Some Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, our services are by appointment only and you will be required to pay a deposit to lock in your appointment date. 
Deposits are non-refundable but as long as you give us at least 48hrs notice, you may transfer your deposit towards a future appointment date.
Even when it’s raining, we are fully operational but if you want to reschedule, just give us a call. 

How long we require your vehicle really depends on the service you are requesting but typically:
Full Detail= 3 hrs
Interior Detail = 2 hrs
Exterior Detail = 2 hrs

2 front windows about 1 hr Full vehicle about 2 hrs. 

We recommend dropping off but customers are also welcome to wait in our office. 

No need to do anything, all belonging will be bagged and placed in the vehicle afterwards. 

Unfortunately drop off and pickup service is not available at this time. 

Our giftcards are the perfect gift for so many occasions. Please give us a call or stop by to purchase.

Tint darkness for vehicles registered in the state of Massachusetts:

Windshield: Non-reflective tint is allowed on the AS-1 line or top 6 inches of the windshield.

Front and rear side windows: Must allow more than 35% of light in.

Tinted glass waivers are issued by the RMV and allow additional tinting to the front side windows, rear side windows, and/or rear window of vehicles only.
